Fleming's Prime Steakhouse trains and connects employees via Cisco Video

Fleming's uses Cisco video conferencing to connect their 65 restaurants and two offices for training and collaboration. Regular sessions include employee wine tastings led by their master sommelier, new menu training and corporate communications. Additionally, business patrons frequently use the video systems in the private dining room to meet with clients and partners.
